2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.
  • You guarantee that the information provided (name, delivery address, payment details) is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Products & Availability

  • All flowers, gifts, and add-ons are subject to availability.
  • Images on the website are for reference only. Actual products may vary in color, size, or arrangement depending on supply and season.

4. Substitution Policy 🌸

We strive to deliver exactly as shown; however, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal or regional availability and to ensure delivery of orders in a timely manner.

  • Flowers & Colors: If specific blooms are unavailable, we replace them with similar flowers of equal or greater value, keeping the style and theme consistent.
  • Containers & Wrapping: Vases, baskets, and materials may be replaced with items of equal quality.
  • Add-ons: Chocolates, plush toys, or other extras may be substituted with similar or higher-value items.

All substitutions are made with care to preserve the design, beauty, and value of your chosen arrangement.


5. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received (except approved COD transactions).
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure e-wallets.
  • All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) and US Dollar ($). For international customers, the final charge may reflect your local currency based on your bank or payment provider’s conversion rates and fees.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment is authorized in accordance with your local banking or financial laws.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Metro Manila: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 10:00 AM.
  • Provinces: Delivery within 2–3 business days, depending on location.
  • During peak seasons (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. FlowerTalks is not liable for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Deliveries to hospitals, schools, offices, and funeral homes are subject to recipient or facility rules.

7. International Orders

  • FlowerTalks welcomes orders from customers outside the Philippines.
  • By placing an international order, you confirm that your purchase complies with the laws of your country of residence.
  • FlowerTalks operates under Philippine law. Any conflicts regarding foreign payment providers, exchange rates, or cross-border regulations are the responsibility of the customer and their financial institution.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed only if:
    • The order cannot be fulfilled.
    • Delivery fails due to FlowerTalks’ error.
  • Refunds are not granted if delivery fails due to incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, or recipient refusal.

9. User Accounts & Conduct

  • You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
  • Misuse of the website for fraud, abuse, or illegal activities is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, graphics, and designs on Flowertalks.com.ph are the property of FlowerTalks unless otherwise credited.
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • FlowerTalks is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, natural disasters, or force majeure.
  • In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed primarily by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • International customers agree that transactions are deemed to have taken place in the Philippines.
  • In case of disputes, Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the country of the customer’s residence.
